Throughout his career, Roland has been mentored by an insurance professional with more than 50 years of industry experience, gaining valuable knowledge and insight while developing his own client-focused approach. His background in customer service, business relations, and insurance planning has shaped a philosophy centered on education, integrity, and building lasting relationships with every client.

The founder of United Allstar Advisors LLC is Roland Desharnais Jr. Roland grew up in the insurance business. His mentor shared over 50 years of insurance industry knowledge with him prior to and since 2008 working in the insurance industry. Roland began his career working in the senior market, focusing on helping those over 65. After a short time away, working with individual health insurance, Roland returned to working in the senior market again. This is where his heart and experience thrive.
A family-owned and operated company, United Allstar Advisors LLC treats all clients as if they are members of their own family. Multiple generations of our family run the United Allstar Advisors LLC office. Any plan or advice given to you or your loved one on insurance or plans we advise on is advice we would give our own family members. This means we will provide expert advice on what insurance plan or financial options suit your personal situation.
